before we get talking.
What does $499 CAD/month include?
Your custom-branded website, hosting, security, maintenance, local SEO, AI-assisted content updates, lead capture and follow-up workflows, analytics, performance reporting, a customer dashboard and ongoing support. We agree on the website and workflow scope together before starting. Custom development and complex third-party integrations are scoped separately.
Do I really get to see it before I commit?
Yes. Start with the free audit and a conversation. If we’re a good fit, we’ll create one branded homepage concept for your business. You approve the direction before signing the 12-month agreement and starting your subscription. The preview is a design concept; we finish the website and set up the agreed features after you join.
Is there a setup fee or a contract?
There’s no upfront setup fee. The subscription is $499 CAD/month with a 12-month initial commitment. We’ll walk through the scope and agreement before you sign. Existing customers retain their agreed pricing.
Can you work with my existing website and domain?
We’ll look at your current website during the audit and talk through what’s worth keeping. If you already have a domain, we’ll plan the connection and launch with you. Nothing changes on your existing site just because you request an audit.
Will AI publish content or message customers on its own?
We use AI to help prepare drafts and simplify repeated work. Customer-facing content and communications follow agreed approval steps. We’ll confirm the scope and rules with you before activating any workflow.
Can I connect my website to ChatGPT or Claude?
We can scope an MCP connection so you can use a compatible AI account to ask about website inquiries, review reports and prepare content drafts. We’ll confirm the connected tools, data, permissions, account requirements and any additional integration work before you commit. Publishing and customer messages need your approval. We set up the connection as part of the agreed integration work.
